• Do you hold client funds?

  No. Repalm never holds or transfers your funds. Everything stays on your exchange account, and we access it via API.

• Is there a minimum deposit?

  No, there’s no minimum. You choose the size of capital you’re comfortable allocating.

• What’s the fee?

  We charge 20% of the net profits generated through algorithmic trading. No management fees or subscriptions.

• Can I stop the algorithm if I need to?

  Yes. In urgent situations, you can instantly pause execution. For planned offboarding, just contact our team.

• Is it safe to share my API keys?

  Yes — your keys are encrypted and stored securely. You can revoke access at any time from your exchange account.

• Which exchanges do you support?

  Repalm works with most major crypto exchanges. If you’re unsure whether yours is supported, feel free to ask.

• Can I monitor my account’s performance?

  Of course. Since trades happen directly on your exchange account, you have full real-time visibility at all times.
